WESLEY MISSI N

Doing all the good we can because every life matters
It's such a pleasure to work for an organisation that provide full wrap-around services to those most in need in our society. The caliber of people at Wesley who are so incredibly servant-hearted is truly humbling. Below a few examples of the type of work my team of designers and copywriters produced.
When I arrived, the first project we kicked off was the Annual Report...

Christmas & Easter
Being a Christian organisation, Christmas and Easter
are the two biggest events celebrated during the year.

yup, i'm the options guy

LIFELINE
For Wesley Mission's Autumn appeal, we descended on LIFELINE to film 'a day in the life of a crisis volunteer worker.' It was a valuable excursion which proved, from subsequent results on social,
that high-end video production is not always a necessity.

HOMELESSNESS
One of the most popular appeals, and what Wesley Mission is most known for,
is their consistency in helping those experiencing homelessness.
An enduring dilemma that's close to my own heart.

women HOMELESSNESS
For this year's winter appeal, I had a few hours to pull together
some options for NRMA's OPEN ROAD magazine.

GAMBLING REFORM
After gathering data that 75% of calls to Lifeline were gambling related, Wesley Mission,
together with the NSW government, established the GambleAware helpline.
Wesley also began their campaign in pushing for gambling reform.
Besides Las Vegas, NSW has the most Poker machines in the world.
Each Pokie makes a club about $160,000 per year in wealthier neighbourhoods.
In poorer areas it is about $240,000.
For every person suffering gambling harm another seven people are adversely affected.
Below are some Twitter/X banners I put together.
